LAKMA-US Embassy international summer camp to be held in Lithuania again!

We are happy to start a new project - Values Education Camp "We Care!" - and are ready to generate ideas for the activities of the camp. The students from Lithuania, Poland and the USA should get prepared for the most exciting experience! 

Hello. My name’s Marcin Paśnikowski and I am glad I can participate in the camp for the second time. Last year was a great experience and all the participants loved it. I hope this year is even better. My students are eager to meet their peers from Lithuania and the USA and together learn about important values.

Hello, I am Alla Juriavichene from Vilnius Santara Gymnasium. I am very happy to meet such a creative, enthusiastic and inspiring team.I am looking forward to meeting all the participants in the camp and trying the activities we will plan. I hope we will have a lot of fun there.

I am Dalia, a teacher of English at  Kruonio Gymnasium, Kaišiadorys reg. Happy to be in this team of enthusiastic, friendly and creative people having a common aim - to make our world a better place.

I'm Eglė from Biržai Kaštonų Basic School. Very glad to be here and more than sure my students will enjoy the camp and activities we are planning for them. We are having a great time together and I can't wait for the camp to start.

I am Kristina Urbonienė, a teacher of English from Šiauliai Didždvaris Gymnasium. I am sure that we can achieve so much with enthusiasm and smile! Looking forward to the camp where we will not only teach our students listen to their hearts but also learn from them a lot of meaningful things! So eager to practise different engaging and motivational activities!!!

My name's Jolanta and I'm an English teacher from Kaunas Juozas Grušas Art Gymnasium. It's a pleasure to be a part of such a great teachers' team and prepare to work in such an intelligent value education camp.

Hi, my name is Tomas.  I'm a volunteer here at "WE CARE!", because I love sharing my experience with others and learning about new cultures first hand. I hope to show a different side of Lithuania to all the campers and guests.

Hello, my name is Simas. I'm a teacher, a scientist and a musician. I like to combine all of these in events such as "WE CARE!" to give the participants the best of times!

Tutors Beata from Poland and Ann and James Michael from Tacoma, Washington State, USA, are joining us at the camp, and we are all looking forward to meeting them as well as their students in July.
